10 reasons to take part in Jeans for Genes Day

1.    It’s fun and simple to organise.  All you need to do is ask everyone to wear their jeans and make a donation!
2.    One in 33 children is born with a genetic disorder or birth defect – that’s on average one per class.
3.    Charity and community work looks good for your Ofsted report.
4.    It’s great publicity for your school in your local paper!
5.    £250 will buy a recliner chair so that a child can be comfortable while they have a drug infusion over a number of hours.
6.    The kids will think it’s great, but it won’t disrupt the school day.
7.    Your curriculum-relevant activity pack has been written by educational experts and is full of easy to use science, citizenship, PSHE activities and ready made assemblies.
8.    Jeans for Genes is a small, friendly team who will help you every step of the way.  Contact us if you’ve got any questions or if you want to chat through your ideas on 020 7163 6901 or email us at hello@jeansforgenes.com
9.    It creates motivational, friendly fundraising competition between classes, year groups or even local schools.
10.    Jeans for Genes is the original and best dress-down day!
